Yeah I’m gonna melt.
This is my car for the week, a 2018 Nissan Rogue SV awd.
More interesting is my breakfast at the country rose cafe, and dinner at in n out burger.

Ugh. It’s 86f here right now. I no enjoy.
Though my place is a comfy 68-70f, so as long as I don’t have to go further than from the house to car I might just survive.

It’s 98F here in the Inland Northwest, but it’s a dry heat? At least I’m not in the Tri-Cities. It’s 103 there.

I think it’s 96 in whitefish, kids are probably at the lake with the paddle board. That would be nice about now.

My high score recorded in Ridgecrest, CA. I cheated by parking in the sun all day though. It was “only” about 109 once I drove around a bit.

I did a project in Mojave, in June. Mojave is hotter than Ridgcrest. It fucking sucked. I was in full tyvec and a respirator
and hard hat. We worked from 5:30 AM to about 2 PM when it got too hot for our trailer to stay cool enough for the computers to keep working.

We’ve finally broken our heat wave in the upper Midwest. High of 78 today, low of 55. Time to throw open every window in the house.

This is pretty normal for the central valley in California this time of year, it’s just shocking for me living in NW Montana most of the time.

The phrase "Spontaneous Human Combustion" comes to mind.

If that’s 111F, then in reality:
00000111 -> 7
So it’s actually only 7F out.

Heat like that is just unreal. I don’t understand how or why people actually live in places like that. I can deal with working there short time but no way could that be my home! I would definitely become nocturnal or live under ground lol.
Going places like that is what convinced me that I need ceramic tints and probably an AC recharge. Although my AC works fine when it’s sub 100 so maybe those are just extreme conditions.
